This Senior Administration role will suit a proactive and details focused personal assistant to support the GM, Group Legal - Communities in administration, communication, and information/workflow management, and help enhance Stockland’s Brand and the manager’s profile, partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, while also offering flexibility to balance working between the office and home.

**About the role**

Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Perform diary and workflow management to ensure the manager had sufficient time allocated to key priorities and key datelines requiring the manager’s input/action are met.
- Provide legal administration support to the General Manager, Senior Manager and various team members including conducting title searches and dealing searches, property enquiries, registration of documents, drafting of documents and preparation of first draft of documents, collating of original documents and management of original documentation.
- Perform information management, including collecting and maintaining records, correspondence and documents.
- Set up Communities Legal team days, organise the monthly team meetings and set up purchase orders for approvals.
- Provide relief and support to the EA to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer when required

**About You**
- Relevant experience in a PA or EA role within a legal setting.
- Strong Administration skills with Intermediate to Advanced Skill Level in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Long Document and Reporting for Executive Committee and Board Committee
- Relevant experience in using professional judgment and common sense with an ability to recognise and resolve customer issues
