**About You**
You are an experienced Medical Receptionist with excellent communication skills and the ability to 'hit the ground running' in this busy role. You must be able to commence immediately and have medical software experience (ideally Zedmed).

**About The Role**
Working alongside two other medical receptionists, you are required to offer the highest standard of care and compassion to the clinic's clientele. Duties include answering phones, booking of appointments, taking payments, utilising Zedmed software and ad-hoc administration duties as required by management.

The required hours will be:
1st week:
Monday
- 10am -4.30pm

Wednesday
- 8.30am -4.00pm

Thursday
- 8.30am -4.00pm

Friday
- 8.30am -6.00pm

All other weeks:
Monday
- 8.30am -5.00pm

Tuesday
- 8.30am - 4.30pm

Wednesday
- 9.00am - 5.00pm

Friday
- 8.30am
- 5.00pm
