**The Job**
- Build great relationships - uses a consultative sales approach to make great connections and sales
- Brand ambassador, represent the brand confidently
- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets
- Work autonomously and also as part of the team

**About You**
- A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales
- retail and other industries are welcome
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales in retail environments
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
- Results driven with a relentless desire to contribute to your team's success
- A track record of consistently achieving KPIs and targets
