Full time roles available in a passionate and close knit team - Competitive hourly rate plus penalties, get paid for every hour you work - Growth opportunities within the venue and wider company **About Us** Part of the renowned LK Hospitality Group, **Yugen Dining**, are on the hunt for an experienced full-time bartender We aim to build a strong community by providing first-class and attentive service, redefining excellence in hospitality. - Experience in a busy, high volume high quality dispense position - Minium 1 year of cocktail experience in a similar venue or restaurant - A passion for service, building regulars and making friends - An understanding that cocktails are a means for showcasing ingredients, not obfuscating them. **Here's what's cool about the job**: - Our cocktail list is mínimalist, and ingredient driven - Think whisky highballs infused with Bamboo leaves and Green Tea Umeshu, or a margarita-adjacent cocktail that derives its acid from Sudachi and its salinity from squid ink. - Our contracts are tailored to your personal circumstance. Whilst we are looking for a full-timer there is flexibility, and we open to discuss. - Our staff meals are amazing with a different cuisine focus every day. - Our company is Chef driven with an insane amount of back of house resources behind it; our in-house production and pastry kitchens collaborate with the bar to produce our batches, syrups & infusions, saving a ridiculous amount of prep time. - Plenty of room to grow and develop within not only Yugen, but the LK Hospitality company. Alongside Omnia and Yugen Tea-bar and with more growth on the way, we have multiple pathways for development and advancement whether your interest is in food, cocktails, wine, tea, sake, operations or management. A genuine care for what you and a team player mentality. You say "backs", you make sure the station stays organised, replenished and clean, and if you're at the beer taps and you overhear someone order a beer with your mate - well, you pour your mate that beer.
