Baker, Apprentice Bakers and Bakers Assistants

**We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic full time Bakers, Apprentice Bakers & Bakers Assistants to join our fast paced growing team.**

**Experience**:

- Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) _ideal, but not essential._
- Completion of Bakers Apprenticeship _ideal, but not essential._
- _Previous Bakers Delight experience ideal, but not essential._

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years’ bread production experience (fully qualified bakers only).
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety.

**Person Specification**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- A commitment to total Customer satisfaction to both internal and external Customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and work within a team environment.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
