**The Position**

The Key Responsibilities encompass tasks within two key areas:

- Administration
- Customer and Client Service

**1. **Administration**
- Provide cross department support as required by the organisation.
- Manage and maintain local records and document management databases and assist senior team members with electronic records management.
- Interrogate data as required to prepare detailed reports as required by the organisation.
- Organise, schedule and set-up meetings, briefings, and presentations as necessary, including the preparation of materials and equipment when required (internal and external).
- Contribute to the preparation of project plans, briefings, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Attendance at stakeholder meetings which includes taking and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Ensure all legislative requirements including but not exclusive to the National Standards for Disability Services, Occupational Health and Safety, Staff Employment, Harassment and Equal Opportunity Employment are complied with.
- Comply with Nadrasca’s Quality Management System.
- Assist with any other general tasks as required.

**2. Customer and Client Service**
- Create a positive relationship in all customer and client (supported employees/participants) interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Create and manage customer quotes as required by the appropriate manager.
- Identify and respond quickly to customer and client needs.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the services provided and relay this knowledge to customers and clients.
- Consider customer and client service requirements and develop solutions to meet these needs.
- Use a thorough knowledge of information resources and Nadrasca’s operating practices to record customer enquiries, feedback or complaints and escalate any unresolved issues.
- Successfully complete activities to support the provision of service delivery and comply with privacy requirements ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised.
- Cooperate across work areas to improve outcomes for customers and clients.
- Support a customer-focused culture in the organisation.

- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet all deadlines.
- Ability to exercise sensitivity and maintain strict confidentiality, when required.

- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated.
