**Position Information**:
Rosemeadow Public School located in Campbelltown, has a student population of 690 students ( 12% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and 42% speak a second language other than English). The school has three multi
- categorical autism and 29 mainstream classes.

Rosemeadow Public School has passionate and enthusiastic staff with a range of early career and experienced teachers who focus on quality teaching and providing a welcoming environment to all students and community members. The school is well supported by a dedicated P and C and broader community networks. Rosemeadow Public School conducts a highly successful School as Community initiative that supports high engagement of students and their families between the ages of 0-8.

**Selection Criteria**:
In addition to the general selection criteria, approval to teach infants and/or primary
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to create and strengthen positive relationships between students, staff, and the wider community.
- Proven ability to inspire teams to work collaboratively on initiatives and activities to aid the successful implementation of the Strategic Improvement Plan.
- Willingness, and/or demonstrated capacity to strengthen Aboriginal Education programs and to work in partnerships with Aboriginal students and families.
- Proven expertise to lead and deliver whole school programs that support inclusion, well-being and engagement.

**General Selection Criteria**:
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
- 2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs- 3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams- 4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents- 5. Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning- 6. Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policies**Conditions**:
