**Overview**

As a **Junior Trading Solutions**Specialist at Dabble, you'll play a key role in improving pricing, automation, and risk management across our trading operations. You’ll work closely with both the trading and data teams, building reliable technology and trading tools that align with Dabble’s Trading goals. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing our operational efficiency.

**Primary Location**

**Responsibilities**
- Automate manual trading processes to improve accuracy and scalability
- Develop and maintain data scraping solutions and use the outputs to support automated pricing strategies
- Develop new features, tools, and services using R, Python, Excel (VBA), and SQL
- Collaborate cross-functionally with traders and our data team to translate business needs into solutions
- Create player models and projections to support pricing strategies and product innovation

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science is beneficial
- An understanding of probability, modelling, and market pricing - ideally in a wagering or finance environment
- Experience building web scrapers
- Proficient in R or Python, with a passion for automation and efficiency
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised with strong numerical skills
- Solid knowledge of betting markets and sporting rules
- Experience with C# and SQL is a bonus
