**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Junior Sales Representative** to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support senior sales staff, build relationships with clients, and help drive revenue by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products or services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with senior sales representatives to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with order tracking, follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
