**About You**

Reporting to the Head of Culture and Organisational Development the primary responsibilities will involve leading Activ’s approach to Learning & Development and Leadership and assist the Head of Culture and Organisational Development to develop, implement and evaluate fit for purpose organisation wide solutions to assist in building capability within talent, performance and engagement frameworks.

- Designing, facilitating, and implementing high quality learning programs to meet organisational and employee need;
- Develop and implement a leadership development framework that will develop and maintain the leadership capabilities at all levels of the business
- Developing, implementing and monitoring Organisational Development initiatives throughout Activ to support contemporary organisation development, talent, performance and engagement;
- Map and analyse competencies and capabilities across the organisation
- Partnering with senior management on assessing team capability and assist in developing differentiated development plans.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Previous experience within Learning & Development, Leadership or Organisational Development developing organisation wide Learning & Development strategies
- Ability to confidently and effectively facilitate workshops and training
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisational development initiatives to build organisational maturity and outcomes
- Experience working in complex environments/organisations and managing complex projects with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Understanding of community and social issues related to disability service provision
