**To be considered, applicants must meet the following essential criteria**:

- Proven experience in Blue Collar and/or Rail (skilled and unskilled labor) or a similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build successful business relationships with both clients and applicants.
- Full screening & due diligence.
- Manage a busy job board.
