**About the Role**:
Gleam Clean is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive full-time Contract Officer to join our cleaning services team in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing contracts, negotiating variations, and supporting the administration of office and commercial cleaning services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and maintain contracts and associated documentation
- Review, and negotiate contract variations
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to service contracts
- Coordinate with cleaning supervisors and team leaders to ensure service delivery standards are met
- Monitor contract performance and report on outcomes and changes
- Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and that compliance requirements are consistently monitored and tracked.
- Prepare reports and submissions for management review
- Collect and analyse operational data

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Relevant Diploma level qualification (or 3+ years of relevant experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within service-based industries
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with contract management systems and reporting tools
