We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic team in our residential aged care home.

Key Criteria:

- Trade or handyman background with general repairs and garden maintenance experiences and skills
- Ability to determine when qualified trade person is required
- Ability to maintain preventative maintenance program
- Good understanding of manual handling and WHS
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Team player & good work ethics
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Experienced in residential aged care setting is a plus.
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated good oral and written English skills
- Current Police Check is required.
- Permanent Position or Contract.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New South Wales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
