**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Partner that is passionate about helping people learn and grow. This role will enable Officeworks team members to advance their skills and knowledge and deliver against the business objectives. Partnering with the business to provide end-to-end service including scoping and discovery, research and analysis, design and delivery, and evaluation on learning programs and activities.

This role has a national scope partnered with key functions in the business and is responsible for:

- Partner with your Business Unit(s) to understand their operations, key business drivers and meet strategic needs across all aspects of capability, learning and development
- Utilise your experience in contemporary learning and development to coach and support the business with their learning and development requirements
- Conduct regular learning needs analysis in consultation with business stakeholders
- Designing, developing, and delivering value add learning programs and activities that build a high-performing, future ready and values-led workforce
- Providing expert facilitation of learning programs and activities
- Ensuring that learning programs and activities across all modalities are delivered within budget, on time and with consideration to return on investment (ROI) and measuring effectiveness of program and delivery
- Engage and source third party providers as required

**About you**:
To be considered for this position you will have sound work experience in Learning & Development teams with experience in curation, design or consulting ideal. You have a passion for learning and education, love working with a collaborative and inclusive mindset and keep our customer (team members) front of mind.

Further skills and experience include:

- Experience in influencing/advising multiple stakeholders on suitable learning solutions.
- Proven experience in interpreting data to generate insights and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in project management of learning and/or organisational development initiatives.
- Experience in designing e-learning and building learning design solutions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in designing and delivering, contemporary learning solutions using multiple approaches linked to the business strategies.
- Formal qualifications in Cert IV in Workplace Assessment & Training, LX Design or Project management would be advantageous.
