**About The Role**

We are looking for an experienced and customer focused people leader who knows how to exceed guest expectations, whilst consistently inspiring, training and motivating a team of 20 passionate Reservationists.

Our inbound sales Call Centre operates 7 days a week across extended business hours.

Working within this fast-paced environment will require you to think strategically, creatively and innovatively in leading the overall performance of the Call Centre operations.

You will provide guidance in the ongoing development of the Call Centre strategy across growing Peninsula Hot Springs entities, ensuring efficiency and alignment, as well ensuring the appropriate budgets are met and goals are set for our team to achieve their individual sales targets.

Reporting to the Guest Experience & Operations Director, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Manage daily operations inspiring a world class experience for guests as a recognised global hot springs wellness destination
- Lead and mentor and motivate your high-performing team of Reservationists
- Recruitment, induction, product knowledge and performance management of the team
- Providing training and professional development to the team
- Implement & manage sales targets in line with budgets and KPI’s
- Developing and executing on the Group Call Centre Strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance and risk management in line with all required regulatory legislations

**About You**:

- Experience as an inbound/outbound Call Centre Manager, Sales Manager or similar, in a medium to large sized business
- Authentic and engaging leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their KPI’s
- Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding guest service with a commercial mindset
- High level business acumen and ability to provide analysis of results & implement action plans
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach in driving results
- Effective communication, interpersonal & influencing skills
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
