**About Our Mornington Centre**: Our stunning Centre is conveniently located at the corner of Nepean Highway and Strachans Road, featuring two storeys with eight spacious rooms, a commercial kitchen, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces, and a central piazza where children come together to collaborate and explore.

**Who You Are**:

- **Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification** (minimum required)
- **5+ Years’ Experience in Early Childhood Education** (preferably long day care)
- **1+ Year of Management Experience** in a childcare setting
- Passionate about the **Reggio Emilia approach** and inspired to bring it to life in your work
- Knowledgeable in the **EYLF and NQS standards**:

- Trained in **First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care**:

- Possessing a **Working with Children Check** and mandatory reporting certifications
- **Australian Working Rights**
