**About the Role**
This position provides strategic workforce planning advice, to ensure the optimal workforce composition in line with business budgets and strategy.
The role will also evolve people data practices and solutions that provide insights to guide decision making around workforce composition and create an icare-wide optimal strategic workforce plan.

**Duties**
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; in this role, you will:
- Redraft the people data strategy and governance roadmap to be fit for purpose aligned to business needs.
- Design a strategy and roadmap for strategic workforce planning, data visualisation, and using insights to provide advice on people trends.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organisation by leading and delivering people data literacy and self-service training programs in partnership with Capability & Technology teams.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of people data and its storage in modern solutions.
- Develop and implement people data governance policies and procedures.
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in a similar role focusing on data strategy, governance, and analytics.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI solutions and/or people analytics models at scale.
- Experience delivering large-scale HR change projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical, Data-Driven Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR solutions with business goals.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to achieve objectives in a collaborative team environment.
