About the Role
Proactively provide quality Human Resources consultancy and advisory services to assist staff and management in a complex environment across a broad range of workforce matters, incorporating human resource policy, performance management, complaints, industrial compliance, official misconduct, discipline, health management and Award entitlement information.
Effectively support the management of human resource casework, including grievances and investigations, appeals, discipline and anti-discrimination, equity and diversity, health management, WorkCover claims, injury rehabilitation, statutory and management reporting.
Participate as a member of a work team by building and maintaining cooperative relationships and contribute to quality improvement activities.
Monitor and report on information management systems including, safety inspections, health management, fire training, evacuation, hazardous materials and incident management.
