**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Imagine a role where you can say that every day you are doing something truly meaningful that will have a lasting impact on each and every one of the families we serve.

Our perfect rockstar Studio Success Leader will focus on leading the strategic direction of the studio to ensure the delivery of a 5-star experience to the client every single time.

We need an A-Player *get-things-done* type of Studio Success Leader who can work fast, hard and is superb at handling details.

You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done.

This is for the person that also doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty - keeping the kids entertained, housekeeping to make sure we provide a 5 star experience to our customers, or being a photographer or assistant for a day to fill in the gap, and get it done.

- You will work closely and collaboratively with the team and clients.
- You’ll be all hands on deck, all the way through the process.
- You will manage the daily studio schedule and resources to deliver above and beyond.
- You will coach and develop others, monitor and measure performance and provide direct feedback.
- And most importantly, you will possess a strong “Can Do Will Do" attitude combined with a cheerful positive outlook.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
