With a portfolio of strata buildings covering both residential and commercial properties the primary focus will be ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. A predominantly office-based position, however from time to time you will be required to attend off-site meetings and some of these may be in the evening. We need you to be confident in your ability to think outside the box and find effective solutions for all parties. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders means your interpersonal skills will be the key to your success.

**Key Requirements**
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Handling of escalated disputes and conflict management with all stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills
- Accounting, budgeting obtaining quotes & general correspondence
- Ability to confidently chair meetings and present information to groups
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across the business
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience and strong commercial acumen
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence
- High energy personality
