We are seeking a Case Manager to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known brands in a supportive and forward-thinking self insurance team. Manage a small portfolio of 60 non complex claims with a focus on proactive case management within this workers compensation team.

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working and be a key member of the team located in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane working full-time hours.

**The role**:

- Managing a modified duties portfolio (No complex claims) within legislative, self-insurance and business requirements to reduce outstanding liabilities and achieve cost effective RTW (return to work) outcomes.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
- Conducting timely and appropriate case reviews with stakeholders to ensure individual case strategies are developed, communicated and achieved

**About you**:

- Ideally, have existing experience in managing claims within workers compensation within QLD or NSW
- A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management
- Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally
