The Performance Lead role at this agency is pivotal - its the engine room that improves the client's bottom
- line. You will be an adept marketer who understands how to use data and analysis to inform decision making across

design, UX, technology and wider strategy.

The role has both client facing and internal deliverables. As part of your client facing responsibilities, you will develop

and present conversion rate optimisation (CRO) recommendations, and work as part of an internal team you will lead

the phase of surfacing and creating data-driven insights that ultimately guide our clients strategies. This is based on

being able to bring the data to life through compelling story telling and a thorough understanding and competency

within the x4 key deliverables that drive analytics - data/tracking, analysis, insights and recommendations.

As well as the delivering on key responsibilities the job holder is responsible for developing frameworks and

productizing the analytics offering. A key factor that drives this will be staying up to date with industry

changes and trends and aligning our approach and the platforms accordingly.
