**About you**

You are a competent and committed site-based Supervisor, who is comfortable being hands on and leading by example when managing your crew. You will work closely with the Project Manager to achieve our Structual projects are on time and budget, to the satisfaction of our all stakeholders. You will take pride in your work and your strengths will include project safety, risk mitigation and exceptional work quality.

You step up and you are known for your effective delegation and empowerment of staff. You give clarity and work with focus, all of which is underpinned by your strong practical skills developed whilst working on a variety of complex, technical concrete remediation and strengthening projects. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a growing business and become the go to person for all site related activities.

**About you**:
You are a highly competent and committed Supervisor with a track record of efficiently managing on-site construction activities for the purpose of achieving project time and budget objectives. Your background is Building and Construction, building structural projects is your forte. You love your work and are driven by the challenge of contributing to the success of your project. You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Helping to lead and organise a highly skilled team of trades and subcontractors and liaising directly with clients and your team is something you consider a strength. You understand and can manage construction programs and project safety whilst mitigating risk and ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.

**What you need**:

- Certificate IV in relevant construction qualification or trade certificate
- Experience must include Supervising Structural and Building projects
- Experience within concreting and seaway project's advantageous
- Willing to travel, work away and/or remotely, if require
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project etc)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong attention to planning and programming the works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Commitment, energy, drive
- Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
