As a Civil Structural Supervisor you will be responsible for developing and implementing Construction, developing project-specific procedures based on the Kent Integrated Management System, management of Temporary Facilities, Earth, Piling, Civil trenching, Concrete works of construction activities for both Brown Fields and Green Fields work scope. You will be reporting to the Construction Superintendent**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:

- Supervise and manage construction activities and a workforce of the project to meet the goals and objectives set out by Kent
- Ensure Construction activities are in compliance with KENT policies, standards, procedures, and commitments
- Identify work that can be grouped and executed in parallel to optimize the schedule and efficiency of construction activities
- Ensure the workforce is adequately trained and competent in their roles and compliant with mandatory training
- Coordinate staff, sub-contractors, labor, plant, and material deliveries on site.
- Assist with the development of look-ahead programs.
- Provide technical and logístical support to sub-contractors.
- Assist with raising TQs, variations, and delay notices.
- Assist with and conduct detailed pre-start meetings with the work crew.
- Ensure employees are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health Safety and Environment policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures & instructions, and client requirements.
- Assist with risk assessment for construction activities.
- Assist and facilitate JSAs.
