Our Carindale store has under gone a major renovation and is finally reopening and we are on the hunt for an outgoing and vibrant people pleaser to join the team. With a range of attractions including arcade games, mini bowling and birthday parties, we pride ourselves on creating fond memories for everyone who walks through our doors.

**What will you do?**
- **Guest Experience Management**: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- **Event Coordination**: You will be the go-to for organising and executing events, such as birthday parties, group functions and events. Ensure that all aspects of the event meet our quality standards.
- **Staff Supervision**: Assist in managing and training staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about services and attractions. You will have a “lead-by-example” attitude and be able to foster a positive team environment to promote motivation and collaboration.
- **Operations Support**: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations including cash handling, game maintenance and cleanliness responsibilities. Collaborate with management and oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and event coordination.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Regularly gather and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with management to implement changes that enhance the overall guest experience.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for ensuring positive experiences for families and children.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, public holidays and school holidays. Availability during peak periods is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
