Located in the heart of Kalamunda, WA, **Kalamunda Water Park** is a family-favourite summer destination featuring a 50-metre Olympic-sized pool, wading and toddlers’ pools, and two thrilling tube slides—the Zig Zag and the Corkscrew. With shaded picnic areas and a fully catered kiosk, it’s the perfect place for fun in the sun.

We’re now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to help us deliver safe, memorable, and enjoyable experiences for our community.

**The Role**

We have multiple customer based roles including **Customer Service Officers** to join our fantastic local water park. Casual positions available 15-20 hrs per week. If you are fun & energetic with a can do attitude, look no further

Previous experience preferred however not necessary.

You understand that our Customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

Skills & Attributes:

- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Basic operation of Microsoft Office
- Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Current First Aid Certificate desirable
- Current CPR Certificate desirable
- Police Check (if over 18 years old)
- Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if over 18 years old)
- If you do not have the above certificates, you much be willing to obtain immediately.

Our park operates weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Applicants must be available to work these times to be considered for the role.
