Souths Sports Club has an opportunity for a fulltime Duty Manager If you possess exceptional customer service skills, have a hands on approach and lead by example, and you would like to work with a great, supportive team then we would love to hear from you

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

- Sound managerial or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge, understanding and experience of all areas of a licensed venue including gaming, beverage, food service, Keno, TAB, cash handling and compliance.
- Hold RSA, RSG, RMLV & First Aid certification or willing to obtain.
- An Approved Managers License or willing to obtain.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be responsible, level-headed, focused and able to make confident decisions.
- Demonstrate initiative to problem solving.
- Be able to address positive or negative performance when required.
- Understand, deliver and enforce policies, procedures and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well presented.

Full availability is essential to this role, including nights and weekends.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Duty Manager: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
