We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced **Duty Manager** to join our passionate team in a **permanent, full-time position**. Reporting directly to our Venue Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in the smooth running of day-to-day operations across all areas of the Club — including the café, bistro, bar, and gaming floor.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Leading and inspiring a team across multiple departments to deliver top-tier service
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Managing rosters and coordinating shift coverage as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Acting as a role model for great service, teamwork, and a positive Club culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- Current **RMLV**, **RSA**, and **RSG** (QLD) certifications
- Strong leadership experience in a hospitality or club environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach to operations and service delivery
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with rostering systems and general venue administration
