Supplier Management Lead

Brisbane, Australia Bank of Queensland Full time

**About the Role**
We’re on the lookout for a confident and collaborative Supplier Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing relationships with our Material Service Providers (MSPs), making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with APRA CPS230 requirements. You’ll lead a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders to onboard new suppliers, renew contracts, and keep governance and compliance on track. It’s a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong partnerships and driving continuous improvement.
**About you**
You’re someone who knows how to build trust and get things done. With a solid background in supplier or vendor management, procurement, or contract administration, you’re comfortable navigating governance and compliance, especially in regulated environments like financial services. You’re a clear communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who can juggle competing priorities. You bring a sharp eye for detail, a knack for solving problems, and a genuine interest in making processes better. If you’ve worked with APRA Prudential Standards before, that’s a bonus but what really matters is your mindset: proactive, thoughtful, and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
