- Demonstrates how you will provide ongoing links between the parish and the school.
- Promotes student voice and engagement in all aspects of the religious dimension of the school.
- Provides opportunities for parents to be involved in and informed about the R.E. program.
- Seeks a deeper relationship with others, God, and the world.
- Uses Pedagogy of Encounter in your work as a Religious Education Leader effectively.
- Promotes the school’s Catholic Identity.

**Qualifications and Training**
- relevant tertiary degree and teaching qualifications
- hold and maintain VIT registration or satisfy the necessary criteria to gain registration prior to the commencement of the role
- accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School.
