About the Provider This 'not for profit' aged care provider is well established having been in the business of residential care for over** 150 years. They are well respected within the industry and are able to provide you with the support and all the tools you need to be successful in the role as you ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical care to their precious residents.

**About the Role **We are currently looking for an experienced and highly passionate Aged Care Facility Manager to lead and mentor the largest Aged Care providers in Australia.

**About You **You will have previous experience as a Manager in Residential Aged Care with a proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and resident care. With outstanding communication skills, you will promote a consumer focused service - internally and externally - and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role. Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience, you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.

**You will need**
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 (unrestricted)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
