We are looking for sales professionals to join our growing new homes sales team.
**About the opportunity**:
The Sales Consultant is part of the Weeks Homes sales team and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
- Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display center
- Provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
- Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes and the NXT Building Group to deliver complete and correct documentation
- Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor

- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
