We are VIRID Vertical Gardens, a company with the mission to bring nature and health to residential and commercial spaces. We work with aluminium panels, fully automated irrigation systems and plants grown in our greenhouse using organic methods and certified organic probiotics to ensure a high-quality product free of chemical pesticides.

We are looking for a customer service person who is passionate about plants, sustainability, herb and farming and customer service experience. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability always ensuring a positive service experience and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering questions about our company’s products or services
- Processing orders and transactions
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Delivering information about our company’s special offerings and upselling related products/services.
- Handling customer complaints. Be able to diffuse frustrated customers and ensure effective and successful complaint resolution.
- Good listening, clear communication, empathy, ability to use positive language.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content. (This may include writing Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, help manuals, how-to guides, troubleshooting documentation, and blog posts. Basically, anything that can help customers find answers, resolve issues, and use the company’s products in the most efficient way).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
