Access Intelligence a tech innovator, delivering high quality SaaS products that address the fundamental business needs of clients in the marketing and communications industries. We combine AI technologies with human expertise to analyse data and create insights to understand what has impact on an organisation and their key audiences - from customers to stakeholders, politicians to influencers and the media.

We are currently looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to partner with various leaders and coach/advise on all people matters. You will develop people solutions that support growth plans aligned to the Isentia strategy and corporate objectives. You will have the support of a P&C Coordinator and the wider Group P&C team based across SEA.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with and build constructive relationships with ANZ leaders across Commercial (Account Management & New Business), Marketing, Operations, Insights, Technology and Corporate functions
- Influence, challenge and coach around best practice leadership, including recruitment, on-boarding, reward, performance management, retention, remuneration and health & safety
- Develop action plans, organisational charts and communication plans to support leaders and team members through change
- Contribute to the development, evaluation and improvement of talent management programs that include assessing talent, developing career paths, and managing the placement of high potential employees.
- Ensure the continuous implementation and improvement of policies, procedures and processes.

**What will make you stand out from other applicants?**
- Strong commercial acumen with solid experience partnering with sales & account management teams, with industry experience in either the media or technology space.
- Demonstrate empathy and collaborate with others to build great relationships.
- Knowledge of current employment law in regions and other statutory obligations across Australia and New Zealand.
- Communicates and collaborates well. Involves the right people in problem solving and decision-making.
- Motivates and empowers others and regularly provides team members with development opportunities and coaching.
