We are seeking a forward thinking, creative change-maker to join our team in this important transformation role.

**About The Role**

This Transformation Stream Lead role is a 12 month full-time maximum term role.

Duties for the **Transformation Stream Lead -** **Growth & Market Leadership** include:

- Review and development of service design and underpinning growth strategy logic.
- Development and implementation of a strategic growth strategy by segment, income category and geographical participation.
- Strategic review of which commercial sectors present best outcome for operations.
- Strategic review and selection of appropriate commercial targets.
- In line with Endeavours Marketing and Brand strategy and working collaboratively with the Marketing team, development of segmentation strategies including marketing campaigns and collateral by segments.
- Development of digital channel strategy and e-commerce model.
- Review and development of a robust, agile and market responsive commercial pricing and contracts model.

**About You**
- Ability to develop and implement project initiatives for growth and market leadership.
- Experience working in an agile model.
- Strong commercial experience in a diverse operational model with a dispersed geographical footprint.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive change initiatives.
- Proficient in analysing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in M&A activities is desirable
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, systems integration, change management and project management is desirable
