**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated marketing graduate to assist in driving our marketing strategy, you will be provided with all the training you need to excel in your role in all things “social media” and “branding” You’ll be learning at the same time the company is learning.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to really “make an impact”. You'll be getting hands-on experience in a scale-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matter to the business.

**Key activities include**:

- Managing a combination of digital marketing and event coordination projects
- Gaining expertise and guidance by working closely with our high-performing team, reporting directly to the Co-Founder
- Analyzing trends and insights to optimize ROI in paid search campaigns
- Overseeing and tracking website traffic and performance, and creating reports
- Developing marketing plans, materials, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels, including white papers, newsletters, case studies, and social media content
- Ensuring consistent use of our brand identity across all marketing channels
- Collaborating with other employees to identify and share relevant content with our audience
- Participating in the planning and execution of upcoming events such as conferences, campaigns, webinars, and podcasts.

- You have a solid understanding of digital platforms and social media landscape
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a knack for social media platforms
