**Description of the role**: We’re seeking a recent or soon to be Graduate to join our Group Marketing team in 2025. In this role you’ll shape how the world sees William Buck. From developing creative campaigns to engaging stakeholders, you’ll amplify the firm’s story and play a vital role in driving our brand forward.
**What makes you 'just right'**:
You have a tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations, media, communications or equivalent field
You have outstanding interpersonal skills
You’re detail oriented, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges
You’re comfortable working independently but also communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team with excellent organisational skills, and a proven multi-tasker
You are excellent at managing conflicting priorities and possess strong communication skills
**What your day might look like**:
Supporting the delivery of group campaigns - including creative development and execution using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro and Canva
Assisting with the execution of the Group social media strategy by reviewing draft social media posts, developing and publishing social media content and reporting regularly on social media performance all using the social media platform, Oktopost
Assisting the Digital Marketing team with website management and maintenance, including execution of change requests, updating people profiles, articles, visual assets and other relevant content
Supporting the development of marketing collateral including editing video content
Assisting the Group Communications team to source relevant media contacts, media kits, and execution of newsletters and communications development to support the Communications Strategy
Briefing external stakeholders including merchandise suppliers, designers, writers and video production companies
Providing administrative support to the Group Marketing Team and Marketing Focus Group
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships within William Buck
