Accounts and Operations Manager

**Position Overview**: is responsible for managing sales orders, booking couriers to dispatch goods, maintaining customer relationships and liaising with the Production Line Manager to manage incoming and outgoing jobs and stock. **Responsibilities**: The General Admin Manager will be responsible for performing the tasks listed below: **1. Sales Order Management**: - Processing sales orders based on customer requests and specifications. - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales order details, including product information, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions. - Creating and editing embroidery designs to the sale order specifications and customer requirements. - Liaising with customers to - Coordinating with to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. **2. Quoting**: - Verifying pricing, discounts, and terms before invoicing with the. - Preparing and providing quotations to customers for potential orders, ensuring accurate pricing and terms (in coordination with the ). **3. Courier and Shipment Coordination**: - Booking couriers or shipping services for customer orders. - Arranging pick-up times and providing necessary shipment information. - Tracking shipments and updating customers on delivery status. - Resolving any issues or delays with courier services and notifying the when necessary. **4. Customer Relationship Management**: - Maintaining regular communication with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and order updates. - Building and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Addressing customer feedback or complaints and providing appropriate resolutions. **5. Parcel Tracking Assistance**: - Assisting customers in tracking their parcels by providing accurate and up-to-date information. - Coordinating with courier services to obtain tracking details and relay them to customers. - Resolving any issues or concerns related to parcel tracking, such as delays or missing packages. **6. Administrative Support**: - Assisting with inventory management and stock control. - Maintaining organised and up-to-date records of sales orders, invoices, quotations, and customer interactions. - Managing documentation related to courier bookings, tracking information, and delivery confirmations. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures regarding documentation and record-keeping.
