**About the role**
As we enter a period of significant growth, we are seeking an experienced compliance specialist to join L3Harris as a Trade Compliance Specialist. Working within a business-critical team, you will ensure L3Harris’s adherence to legislative requirements and policies concerning the import, export, transfer and movement of sensitive technology and data.
**About you**
To be successful in this role and to fully leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, you will be degree qualified and possess legal or compliance experience, ideally gained in highly regulated environments. A strong competency in interpreting, applying, and providing advice on complex legislation to address everyday operational and project challenges will be essential.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and highly developed written and verbal communication skills. The ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, prioritise company needs, and influence others to achieve strategic outcomes is critical to success in this position.
