**About Thrive ELC, Picton**
Our **brand-new, purpose-built centre** in the Macarthur region of South West Sydney is ready to welcome you Licensed for **up to 64 children** from **6 weeks to 5 years**, we operate **Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm**, offering a warm, inviting space where children thrive.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **fully qualified educator** to lead a **room**of educators. If you have a drive for **programming, inspiring children, and fostering a positive learning culture**, this role is perfect for you

You’ll join a **supportive, innovative team** where your voice is valued, your ideas matter, and your leadership will make a real difference.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Deliver high-quality practice aligned with the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)**:

- Collaborate positively with all team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents and carers
- Contribute actively to the educational program through observation, documentation, and engagement

**We’re Looking For Someone Who Has**:

- A completed **qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- A **current NSW Employee Working With Children Check**:

- Strong practical knowledge of **EYLF** and **National Quality Standard (NQS)**
