Our hotels are run, structured and managed like small businesses and our Hotel Managers understand that genuine success requires them to remain focused on the commercial drivers that really equate to success. Surrounded by a passionate and supportive shared-services structure and operations team, you’ll bring creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and a hands-on approach to drive the success of your business.

- Optimise business turnover and delivery of business operating profit
- Design, execute and drive business development and growth
- Establish a high-performance team aligned to our core values of Relationship Focused, Integrity, Personal Growth & Ownership Mindset
- Hotel daily operations management in line with our Veri-Best Framework
- Guest satisfaction and management
- Business compliance and critical incident management
- Facility and asset management
- Management administration and reporting

Punthill South Yarra Grand is situated in the heart of South Yarra, just off Toorak Road and opposite South Yarra Station.
- 24/7 operation

- Holder of full Australian working rights
- Valid First Aid and RSA (or willing to obtain before joining)
