**Who we're looking for**

We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with an outgoing attitude to join the team at our Northcote office.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be assisting a successful Sales Agent and working behind the scenes to ensure that all property onboarding and marketing strategies are run seamlessly. You'll be preparing properties for sale, assisting and delivering paperwork, liaising with both internal and external vendors/stakeholders, attending open for inspections & auctions, as well as managing a portfolio of buyers.

This role is Monday to Saturday, and a current Agents Rep Certificate is required.

Your day-to-day duties will vary, but will include;
- Management and coordination of all sales campaign’s & assets
- Coordination and attendance of open for inspections and auctions
- Managing sales documentation admin including authorities, sales reports & advertising schedules
- Coordination of all listing uploads to the portals
- Day to day general admin tasks
- Attending listing presentations & market appraisals
- Maintenance of all files relating to campaigns

**What you'll need**
- Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- A current Agents Rep certificate
- Previous experience within Real Estate highly desirable
- Experience with software Box and Dice would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
