**We have an exciting opportunity**
For an experienced Marketing Specialist who can implement strategies to support IntoWork in achieving its business objectives. You will be leading and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice, create marketing briefs and coordinating marketing services for accounts.
This role is supported by the Marketing, Communications and Sales teams who provide strategic and practical advice and services. The position is the single point of contact between IntoWork Businesses and Marketing and Communications teams.
**Key responsibilities**
Planning and executing an integrated marketing and communications strategy, delivering awareness, brand integrity and strategies to meet business objectives
Collaborate with marketing and business leads to contribute to the IntoWork Group wide marketing & communication strategies. Develop and manage marketing and communication campaigns
Seek out marketing, sales, communication and cross-promotional opportunities. Create marketing briefs and coordinate strategies to execute
Analyse monthly marketing board reports, using data in suggesting ways to improve marketing and sales targets and opportunities
Management of Business Social Media channels in line with Business and Group Social Media Strategies including community management and content creation
Attend Sales and Marketing, and Communication Team meetings to provide and receive updates on activities and identify opportunities
**Skills/Experience required**:
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated success in contributing to make successful marketing campaigns
High attention to detail and the ability to multi task
Excellent project management skills and ability to work across multiple and conflicting deadlines
Excellent communication skills & well-developed customer service focus
Proven ability to be creative, innovative and show initiative
Operate autonomously as well as work collaboratively with fellow marketing specialists
Be able to pitch strategic routes, and define clear, accountable objectives.
**To be the successful applicant, you must have**:
Experience in marketing role preferably supporting multiple brands
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing and/or communication
National Police check and Working with children card prior to starting.
Experience with Adobe (In design preferable)
