**The Role**:
At Scout Talent Group, we’re excited for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a global business, we’ve established a number of durable, prominent corporate brands, primarily in the talent acquisition space. In this important role, you’ll be given plenty of opportunity and career development to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

This is a full-time role based at our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane. You’ll receive mentorship, be supported and report directly to our Marketing Leader and will work closely with our Executive team including our CEO, CRO, and Managing Director.

Initiative and a desire to achieve strong results will be key, as will excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. The ability to effectively prioritise multiple activities will also set you up for success in this busy and varied position.

**In this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- mapping out the content plan for various brands (in collaboration with the marketing, sales and leadership teams) and being proactive in suggesting new content initiatives
- coordinating social media channels, including scheduling social posts and monitoring engagement
- reporting on performance of marketing activity
- publishing a range of content on our various websites, keeping SEO and readability best practice in mind
- supporting our Business Development Executives with internal marketing queries.
- interviewing key internal and external stakeholders to produce great curated and created content (including for our digital publication; Recruitment Marketing Magazine)

**About You**:
This role would best suit someone who has at least 2 years experience working in the industry. In addition, to succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- strong communication and excellent storytelling skills
- demonstrated copywriting experience
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- genuine passion for marketing, knowledge and understanding of the relationship between sales and marketing
- strong organisational skills
- high computer literacy
- understand SEO best practices
- confidence and demonstrated experience liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and leaders
- positive, proactive approach to work, energy and enthusiasm
- learning mindset and interest in professional development
- Bachelor's degree in writing, marketing, or related field (desirable, not essential)
- marketing/content creation experience across brands (desirable, not essential)
- digital marketing and B2B experience (desirable, not essential)
- experience with Wordpress and HubSpot (desirable, not essential)
