This exciting venue is a hub for entertainment, music, and unforgettable experiences. Nestled in the bustling CBD of Melbourne, our venue is renowned for its energetic atmosphere, cutting-edge music, and trendsetting events that keep the nightlife scene alive.
In the role of Events Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing events that elevate the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include conceptualising and coordinating themed events, collaborating with the marketing team to drive attendance, and managing on-the-ground logistics during events to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for attendees.

**What do you do?**
- Manage the end-to-end operations on event day.
- Conceptualising and coordinating themed nights, special events, and promotions to enhance the overall experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to drive attendance and increase brand visibility.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local influencers, DJs, and performers to secure engaging entertainment for our events.
- Managing on-the-ground logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
**What do you need?**
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of marketing and event management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
- Working cooperatively with the event team.
- A passion for music, nightlife, and staying current with industry trends.
- Exceptional time management skills, ability to work long hours during event days, and flexibility to work occasional weekends.
- Have a keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve.
