**The Company**:
A boutique Association based in Melbourne's CBD that are part of a larger global body are looking for their next Events Coordinator to join their team permanently. The Association are not for profit and have a large membership base right across Australia.

**The Role**:
The Events Coordinator role reports into the Events Manager and works with them on developing and managing the entire yearly calendar of events for the Association. They are currently in the process of implementing EventsAIR and OnAIR but will train the person up in this system should they not have previous experience with it. This role will always have a working-from-home aspect to it and right now staff are only required to come to the office 1 day per week in Melbourne's CBD.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Working with the Event Manager to oversee the entire yearly events strategy
- Assisting with the delivery of all events from end to end including conferences, seminars and training events
- Key stakeholder communications management
- Identifying and securing speakers for the events
- Working with the membership base to develop sponsorship opportunities for events
- Budget and project management for all events
- Producing timelines, run sheets, contracts etc
- Managing suppliers and ensuring all contracts are in place
- Full logistics and operations management
- Working with the Events Manager to ensure all risk management and OH&S compliance for events
- Experience as an Events Coordinator preferably within an Association
- Experience working across a broad range of events including; conferences, meetings, seminars, training events
- Have worked with a registration system for events previously
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Be highly motivated and results-driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results-driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgement and decision making
