**The Company**:

This corporate company is rapidly growing, and is looking to grow their marketing team by adding a Event Coordinator to organise all of their annual events.
**The Role**:
The Event Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all company events. This role will have a heavy focus on operational requirements, attention to detail and will be able to work with and liaise with C-Suite Executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and venues during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Source and secure venues, entertainers, photographers and speakers
- Handle all the requirements of managing the events from end to end for the organistion
- Handle invitations and management of registrations for each event, handling with the required level for C Suite exectives and VIPs
- Support the Marketing Manager with the development of all event related collateral
- Lead post-event debrief meeting with relevant stakeholders
- Work with external partners to deliver cross-business events for lead generation
- Assist the Marketing Manager with marketing initiatives, such as marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
- Assess an events success, submit findings and provide recommendations for future events.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent supplier management skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong technical skills, ideally in Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM Software and marketing automation software
- Proven delivery of exceptional customer service and previous experience managing events for C - Suite Executives
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Current Australian Drivers License is a requirement for this role
