A dynamic, forever growing and reputable Agribusiness Manufacturing company located on the fringes of Sydney is seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Specialist with excellent and proven Customer management skills to join the team.

**The role will cover some of the following**
- To establish and maintain a high level of customer service with all internal & external customers by ensuring all logistics moves are promptly actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Learn the product inside and out and become an expert advisor
- Proactively deliver operational services & solutions to client's forwarding and logistic requirements
- Build, maintain & manage strong professional relationships with clients
- Facilitate, coordinate and oversee all aspects of client's freight and transport requirements ‘end to end’
- Liaise with internal departments, transport providers, overseas offices and agents
- Ensure inventory levels are sufficient for current and upcoming sales orders

**Key Competencies and Skills required**:

- Previous Customer Service experience in the Logistics/Transport/Manufacturing industry
- Enthusiastic, customer-centric team players who are able to manage themselves independently
- Flexible and punctual with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, distribution and systems
- Reliability, passion and drive for best practice sales order management
- Skills to effectively deal with internal and external clients
- Ability to identify problems and issues of complex systems and operations;
- Ability to clearly analyse and interpret business requirements.
