**_ The Opportunity_**

As a **Casual Educator** within our Early Learning and/or Out of School Hours programs, you will play a key role in supporting our teams to deliver of high-quality educational play and leisure-based programs for school aged children (6-12 years). You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being.

This role is flexible, with morning and afternoon shifts available, as well as full day shifts during school holiday periods.

**_ What's needed to succeed?_**
- No formal Early Childhood qualifications are required for working within our Out of School Hours program only, but people who do hold current Early Childhood qualifications are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children and young people.
- A deep commitment to always ensuring children's safety and wellbeing.
- Knowledge of My Time, Our Place Framework, National Quality Standards and National Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of integrity, inclusiveness, dignity and compassion.
- Current First Aid, CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
- A valid Working with Vulnerable People card (ACT)
