About The Role
The role of the Maintenance Coordinator is to undertake and coordinate the delivery efficient and timely Corrective Maintenance services that support the strategic planning objectives which ensures Ventia meets all obligations in respect of routine maintenance and asset management.
You will also develop strategies and recommendations that will meet the appropriate Service Levels of the NIFM Agreements between our client and Ventia.
**Other duties include**:
Monitor Work Orders via systems, procedures and work practices to deliver Corrective Maintenance WOs in a timely and efficient manner (planned and unplanned) in accordance with agreed contract deliverables.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Area Managers, Contractors, Ventia Field Tech’s as well as with the Shared Services, NIFM Operations and Asset Groups within the business. These groups will require your support in providing both accurate WO coordination and timely WO delivery information.
Leadership and Coordination of the NIFM CM WO’s.
Provide input to and participate in regular WO performance assessment.
Ensure that all Contractors, Area Managers and Ventia Field Tech’s understand the obligations and strive to meet Service Levels of delivering the program to budget, performance and maintenance routines, timely dispatch and resolution and quality.
Maintain a good working relationship with key client Stakeholders.
Work closely with the Service Delivery Group to deliver the Corrective Maintenance Program to the clients expectations.
Identify resources and work processes to maximise efficiency.
About You
Ideally you will have a background in Tele power / Electrical planning and coordination and a sound understanding of the operations and maintenance environment within telecommunications or a technical service industry.
**You will also possess**:
Advanced analytical skills, independently developing reliability models and maintenance optimisation approaches, analysing equipment performance and historical maintenance data, investigating complex equipment failures, and developing budget forecast methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement
